As our Lead Revenue Manager, you will have a team of 8 to 10 Cluster Revenue Managers/Revenue Executives who are responsible for executing Hilton’s commercial strategy across a portfolio of between 24 to 50 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Europe

The role of Lead Revenue Manager is to oversee the commercial performance of hotels within a team whilst demonstrating strong leadership and people skills to support a large team of Cluster Revenue Managers and Revenue Executives, with varying levels of experience, to deliver commercial excellence and with their personal development and career growth.

    Role Overview

    Joining Hilton’s Europe Revenue Management team in RMCC Europe as a Lead Revenue Manager, you will be based at our regional headquarters in Watford, north of London. With a hybrid work model, you’ll spend part of your week being office based with the rest working remotely. Occasional travel to our hotels will be required.

    As a key leader in our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC), you’ll be responsible for revenue management across a c.350 hotels in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. You’ll lead a team of top-tier Cluster Revenue Managers and Revenue Executives, working closely with regional and senior leaders to maximise revenue, market share, and profitability with developing a strong, commercially minded and talented team of individuals. You will be part of the RMCC Europe leadership team who work closely to innovate, inspire and evolve RMCC Europe to reach greater heights. Project work as part of the centre’s evolution is a key part of the Lead Revenue Manager’s role. 

    Key Responsibilities

  •    Build and coach a high-performing team of Cluster Revenue Managers and Revenue Executives
  •    Ensure sales and pricing strategies are commercially sound and supported by analysis and reporting.
  •    Maintain regular communication with hotel and above-hotel commercial teams to support commercial success
  •    Work regularly with other functions and partners to ensure we surpass the expectations of our customers, owners, and shareholders.
  •    Drive innovation by successfully implementing new tools, systems, and processes.

    Requirements

    About you

  •    A strong background in commercial Revenue Management, Yield Management, or Pricing, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  •    Experience in managing a team of three or more, with a proven track record of developing talent and driving team performance.
  •    A history of successfully leading large-scale projects or initiatives, demonstrating your ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
  •    Proven experience of managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions at a senior level, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  •    Self-organised with the ability to excel under time constraints, while balancing multiple priorities.
