  Team Member Responsibilities: • Positive attitude while focusing on providing an Exceptional Guest Experience at all times.• Greets and engages the Guest. Determines a guest reservation and assigns rooms, verifies payment and issues room keys.• Follow up and follow through on all aspects of the hotel.• Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.• Answer phone calls and assist with any requests.• Makes and confirms reservations.• Posts charges such as room and market.• Communication to the appropriate hotel personnel.• Complies with all necessary reporting procedures in documenting customer requests.• Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through Operating System and completion of reports required.
