Featuring a total of
259 guestrooms, Krasnoyarsk in eastern Siberia will be home to the
largest of the three hotels.
Located on the banks of the Yenisei
River in the Vzletka district, which is emerging as the city's business
and administrative centre, it will be developed under a management
agreement with LLC Managing Construction Company Sibiryak.
The hotel
will be housed in a striking 15 storey mixed use development, which will
also feature a swimming pool, bowling alley and office
facilities.
Krasnoyarsk acts as a transit hub on the Trans-Siberian
rail road and is serviced by two international airports, lending the
city the position of central and eastern Siberia's economic and cultural
stronghold.
