Start the show with a bang by sampling the ever-popular Pan Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and our light Watermelon Baby Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, Baby Greens and Pistachios. After a brief intermission, dive into second acts like the Chilean Bass with Goat Cheese Potatoes, Roasted Peppers and Provencal and our East Coast Halibut with Lemon Gnocchi, Chanterelle Mushrooms and Lump Crab - great for seafarers. The dessert menu steals the show with Pastry Chef George McKirdy's Chocolate S'mores Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Graham Cracker Ice Cream and the crowd-pleasing Créme Fraiche Huckleberry Cheesecake with Vanilla Cream and Huckleberry Coulis.
