Destined to embody Nashville’s infectious energy, Southern charm and creative core, The Bobby boutique hotel has begun construction at 230 Fourth Ave. North, steps from historic Printer’s Alley. 

The bespoke property will include nine floors, 144 rooms and multiple food and beverage options. These include a café and restaurant and bar entered off 4thAvenue North, a rooftop venue and bar off Bankers Alley, versatile meeting spaces, and street-level shopping. The Bobby is expected to open in early 2018.
