Description

An Area Director of Revenue Management with Hilton coordinates Revenue Management processes and procedures for hotels in a designated geographical area to maximize overall room revenue. Manages and maintains group and transient inventory controls; determines, develops, monitors and adjusts sales and pricing strategies; conducts competitive, forecast and demand analyses; and provides critical analysis of chosen strategies, room statistics and general demand factors. Maintains distribution channel data integrity.

What will I be doing?

As the Area Director of Revenue Management, you will lead and oversee revenue management operations to optimize inventory, pricing, and profitability for nine hotel properties. You will collaborate closely with hotel properties to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance. Your role will involve oversight of analyzing market trends, managing inventory controls, and driving revenue through strategic pricing and sales initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and developing team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
