  The Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst Reports to the Manager of HRIS.

• Firefighter/Paramedic (Security)

  Under supervision of the Fire Captain, the Firefighter A & Paramedic License accomplishes a variety of duties in the protection of life and property. Participates in the combating, extinguishing and prevention of fires as well as providing emergency medical care; rescue and protection of individuals from hazardous environments. Maintains fire station, grounds, and equipment, participates in fire prevention inspection, fire prevention, and suppression training.

• Investigator, Department of Public Safety (Security)

  Under the direction of the Lieutenant, the Investigator conducts complex investigations involving criminal activity, fraud, theft, policy violations, workplace violence and other non-gaming investigations while enforcing applicable laws, rules and regulations under California, federal and tribal government codes.

• Entertainment Associate (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor Experiential Marketing Entertainment , the Entertainment Associate – Experiential Marketing assists by performing logistical and administrative duties. Manages and supports the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities involving tribal and off-site entertainment events, administrative support for event center booking and other event activities on behalf of the enterprise. Performs tasks on special projects and events at off-site worksites. the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• IT Field Support Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Operations – Information Technology (IT), the Field Support Analyst I providing support for all endpoint technology issues including computer troubleshooting and repair, software installation and configuration, and other user facing issues. Technical aptitude and customer service are key traits for the Field Support Analyst I.

• IT Service Desk Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the supervision of the Supervisor, IT Operations, the Service Desk Analyst I ensures proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, creating, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level agreements (SLA) expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as assisting individuals or providing in-person, hands-on help with technical issues. This role will primarily be tasked with providing support, including walk-ins, over-the-phone support, screen sharing or remote control, live chat support, or email support.

• VP Surveillance & Game Protection (Surveillance)

  The Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation (YSMN) is a self-governing nation that has established tribal-managed governmental units to enhance and support services on the reservation. The San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission (SMTGC) is the governmental unit created by tribal ordinance as the primary regulator of gaming within the SMBMI’s jurisdiction, including the Yaamavá Resort and Casino (YRC). The YSMN includes the Surveillance department that is responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring a high level of game integrity, preventing fraud, waste and abuse, and safeguarding Tribal assets, employees and patrons. Under the direction of the Chief Gaming Regulator, the Vice President, Surveillance & Game Protection, is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of the Surveillance department and is accountable for the surveillance infrastructure and operations throughout the enterprise. This position serves as a subject matter expert on the layout, implementation and management of surveillance equipment, operations and game protection within existing and new YRC developments, including the casino, hotel and related entertainment structures. The Vice President, Surveillance & Game Protection, functions as a senior regulator within the jurisdiction of the SMTGC, or as directed by the Tribe, ensuring the Surveillance department is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations pertaining to gaming.

• Direct Investment Analyst (Finance/Accounting)

  Under the direction of the Director of Direct Investments, the Direct Investments Analyst analyzes new investment opportunities and monitors an existing portfolio of gaming, hospitality and real estate assets comprised of approximately 2,000 hotel rooms and more than 1 million square feet of Class A industrial logistics real estate. This role contributes to the due diligence process, assists with strategic finance and reporting, and provides insights to senior leadership, focusing on strategic private equity investment decisions and focuses on high-impact large-scale acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures with a strategic portfolio approach and long-term perspective toward value creation.

• Senior Manager Financial Reporting (Finance/Accounting)

  Reporting directly to the VP, Accounting and Reporting, the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting manages the accounting process and corresponding transactions necessary for the maintenance of proper books of accounts and reporting for the tribal enterprise and its related entities. Such accounting and reporting must be in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as it relates to government accounting (Government Accounting Standards Board or GASB). This position has a thorough understanding of accounting principles and application and must stay up –to date on new accounting pronouncements and maintain accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial accounting. This position is responsible for managing the financial reporting team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely manner. The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting adheres to tight deadlines and ensures completion for a multitude of accounting activities including consolidation reporting, reconciliations, year-end audits, and grant audits in compliance with policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal financial controls.

• Information Security Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction of the Manager, Information Security Operations, the Security Analyst I supports efforts to ensure that information assets are adequately protected and proper security controls are in place for all current and future IT and Information Security systems. Champions a security mindset to all enterprise team members and recognizes the value of standards, policy and procedures, operational effectiveness, and high availability. This role supports incident response activities and post-incident actions.

• EMT (Security)

  Under supervision from the Supervisor, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responds to emergency and non-emergency calls in and around the Casino and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.

• Sr. Project Manager, Construction (Development/Construction)

  Under the direction of the Director, Construction & Development, the Senior Project Manager, Construction and Development is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and direction for construction management activities on projects to ensure they are on time, budget, schedule, cost, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract. Projects may include large scale tribal, casino, hotel, entertainment, retail, restaurant, parking or other mixed-use venues. Will include major and minor remodels, property and office renovations and new construction projects within and related to the casino facilities and hotel properties. Responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of construction projects.

• Extended Day Program Specialist (Human Resources)

  Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Education Program Services, the Extended Day Program Specialist (Specialist) acts as the primary content instructor for students who need an extended day program that is tethered to a non-traditional school model. The Specialist serves as a case manager who monitors information through varying management systems, school websites and student portals. The Specialist needs a working content knowledge on varying subjects for primarily 6th-12th graders. Additionally, they act as intervention specialists who will be creating/co-creating content to assist students in closing academic gaps. As part of the Education Department, the Specialist strives to ensure the quality of overall educational services, programs, and initiatives provided to Tribal Citizens.

• Logistics Clerk (Operations)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Logistics, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods needed for both Tribal and casino operations.

• Tribal Sous Chef – School (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Culinary, the Tribal Sous Chef – School plans and supervises daily overall operation of a kitchen supporting specific venue or area of operation. Schedules, supervises, coordinates, trains and participates in all activities of subordinate cooks, stewards and other subordinate kitchen personnel. Responsible for planning, preparing and cooking of foods for all menu items for all occasions including special functions and holidays. Working with senior culinary manager, establishes menu forecasts based on customer counts or business forecasts, previous experience, dates and holidays.
