• VIP Services Concierge (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

• Table Games Dealer (Table Games)

  Under the direction of the Table Games Supervisor, the Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing a variety of casino table games in strict accordance with the rules of the respective games and the Table Games Department policies and procedures. The Table Games Dealer also plays an important role in providing highly professional customer service while interacting with Yaamava’ Resort & Casino patrons.

• Food Server (Food & Beverage)

  Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Food Server is responsible for providing pleasant and efficient food and beverage service to guests.

• Senior Traffic Control Specialist (Security)

  Under the direction of Transportation Management, the Senior Traffic Control Specialist is responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, transporting passengers via commercial and VIP vehicles, and valet attendant duties. The Senior Traffic Control Specialist is also responsible for assisting leadership with the day-to-day shift operations of the Transportation department to ensure a seamless best-in-class service.

• Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Under the direction of the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the Department. This integral role focuses on maintaining and improving the Housekeeping services and operations of the Hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with the Housekeeping Assistant Manager by overseeing the Department’s service and standards to be in line with Forbes standards and enterprise policies and procedures.

• Utility Plant Operator II (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Facilities, the Utility Plant Operator II, performs journeyman-level work related to the operation, installation, inspection, modification, remodeling and repair of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, blowers and all ancillary equipment and property associated with all Central Plant Utility Operations. The Utility Plant Operator II, also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s vision, mission and values.

• Hotel Night Audit & Reception Associate (Guest Services)

  Directly reporting to the Supervisor Front Desk, the Hotel Night Audit & Reception Associate welcomes guests to the Hotel and provides excellent customer service during the evening and early morning hours while ensuring Front Desk and accounting operations of the Hotel run smoothly.

• Pool Lifeguard /Temp) (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Reporting to the Pool Service Supervisor, the Pool Lifeguard is an outgoing, motivated individual capable of adapting to change in a fast past pool and hospitality environment. A successful candidate will demonstrate passion for people, encouraging and inspiring guests to elevate their wellness and aquatic experience, while creating a safe, fun and enjoyable best in class atmosphere. The individual selected for this role will contribute to the pool facilities, while preventing and responding to aquatic emergencies. Additional responsibilities of the role include operational excellence while providing a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity. The Pool Lifeguard also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• Hotel Bell Person (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the Bell Captain, the Bell Person is a professional and knowledgeable representative of the Hotel to all internal and external guests; ensuring the highest customer service standards of the Hotel brand are upheld at all times. The Bell Person consistently elevates guest satisfaction by delivering Best in Class service and creating memorable experiences for guests at every opportunity. Additionally the Bell Person is responsible for providing safety awareness, and ensures all guests, vendors and team members’ temperatures are screened per proper protocol, including asking a determined series of health questions before entrance of the property. This position works varied shifts as determined by business needs.

• Floor Supervisor, Table Games (Table Games)

  Under the direction of the Table Games Shift Manager, the Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activity of all table games, ensuring the gaming activity and dealing procedures comply with table games policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor may conduct a variety of casino games along with providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons.

• Kitchen Worker (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Steward Supervisor, the Utility Worker I follows health & safety regulations, food safety guidelines and Departmental procedures in the cleaning and sanitization of china, glasses, silverware and smallwares. The Utility Worker I cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas to be clean and organized. The Utility Worker I is also responsible for cleaning restaurant dining areas and utensils. The Utility Worker I operates in representation of the Stewarding team’s best in class culture, while championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community’s vision, mission and values.

• VIP Services Representative (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Manager and Supervisor, the VIP Services Representative assists management with the administrative duties and coordination of all VIP Service related functions. This includes, but is not limited to hotel and special event reservations. The VIP Services Representative plays an important role in building loyalty and maintaining guest relations. This position requires direct contact with the public, while delivering superior guest service in accordance to department standards and policies and procedures, as created by San Manuel Casino.

• Specialty Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Specialty Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine is responsible for the overall success of the Asian culinary operations for San Manuel Casino (SMC). Adhering to the Health department regulations and SMC standards and expectations of food service and quality, freshness and presentation, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will oversee the Asian culinary operations to include menu concepts and recipe standardization. In addition, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will be responsible for the management, training, and direction of the Asian cuisine culinary staff.

• Hotel Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Front Desk Team creates a pleasurable experience for all guests, prides itself on exceptional proactive service and unparalleled knowledge of property and services, and partners effectively with all other hotel departments to seamlessly cater to guest needs. The Front Desk Supervisor leads and guides their team to create unique memories, and maintain professional relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience, while following and meeting Service Excellence Standards. The Front Desk Supervisor assists in managing and supporting consistency of service and delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the Hotel, including accomplishing performance objectives linked to improving customer service and the value of the Hotel’s products and services to its customers and clients.

• Manager, Spa & Pool Services (Spa)

  Reporting to the Director, Spa Operations, the Manager, Spa & Pool Services provides leadership, direction and supervision of their team in the daily operations for the massage, pool and skincare services of the Hotel, including, but not limited to, massage and skincare excellence, pool operations, guest experience, and Spa facilities upkeep. The Manager, Spa & Pool Services is a strategic leader who excels in managing, using creative ways to lead a team, optimize merchandise and service selections, while maximizing Best in Class service resulting in continued sales profit. Additional responsibilities include marketing, operational excellence, budgeting/forecasting and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The Manager, Spa & Pool Services is also responsible for ensuring clean, sanitary and safe environment and services are provided for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
