  The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Food & Beverage manager represents the resort’s culinary vision by adhering to flawless service execution and by this; the Food and Beverage Manager will have strong leadership capabilities with a magnetic and charismatic personality that encases the ultimate guest dining experience for all guests. At the same time the F&B Manager will consistently maintain standards, highly motivated teams and a key perspective on revenue and labor management.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  · Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guest in and out, and for properly accommodating guest from start to finish.

• Busser (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service.

• Corporate Senior Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

  The Corporate Senior Accountant is responsible for providing assistance in the financial area of the entities in order to maximize profitability of the business, maintain accurate and timely financial reporting, ensure acceptable levels on internal controls, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and safeguarding owners/investors assets.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner. 

• Group Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Group Sales Coordinator will be expected to support the Director of Sales and Marketing and the sales and marketing team as deemed necessary by the Director of Sales and Marketing and the General Manager. The Group Sales Coordinator is to manage and communicate the needs of contracted group business to the other departments and positions in the hotel to provide our groups with an exceptional experience.  He or She will be responsible for the duties listed below. This position requires good time management and multi tasking abilities.

• Front Service Cashier (Guest Services)

  Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the valet cashier desk. Ensure all guests are courteously, cordially and efficiently handled with special attention to the valet operation. To monitor the activities of the valet desk, by answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently dispatching the staff, and assisting guests with vehicle requests, parking charges and payments.Ocasionally parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. This is a Part-time position. 

• Bartender - Bella's (Bartender/Mixologist)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Pool Bartender represents the heart of the resort’s front of the house team and main first attraction, and by this; the pool bartender will have a magnetic and charismatic personality that encases the ultimate bar experience by preparing beverages with an organic mixologist approach for guests and serving them at the bar and/or through the wait staff. The bartender maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Seamstress & Uniform Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Seamstress/Uniform Attendant assess quality of all linen and uniforms by inspecting garment for rips and stains. Assist employees with accepting and distributing uniforms Perform daily repairs on employee uniforms including, but not limited to, repairing rips, replacing zippers, and changing/replacing trim.  Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of sewing equipment and all other areas under his/her control.

• House Person (Housekeeping)

  The House Person role supports the room attendants and services public areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.

• Senior Employee Relations Manager (Human Resources)

  As a member of the Human Resources staff, he/she will work with the Corporate Director of Human Resources to carry out employee relations matters at the different entities along with ensuring compliance. The Senior Employee Relations Manager will be involved in company-wide Employee Relations such as investigations, complaints, disciplinary actions, suspensions and terminations. This role will in addition monitor/ensure compliance with all local/state/federal mandated reports.

• Bellman (Guest Services)

  Responsible for driving vehicle from hotel to appropriate destination according to assigned schedule
