  Coordinates front office activities of hotel and resolves problems arising from Guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries by performing the following duties personally or through fellow Team Members. Responsible for ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction.

• Golf Pro Shop Supervisor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Golf Pro Shop Supervisor represents Willow Valley and ensures an exceptional guest experience by overseeing daily operations and team interactions. This role requires strong knowledge of golf operations and collaboration with the Course Superintendent to uphold high company standards while maintaining professionalism with team members and the public.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Responsible for performing close of day procedures for the hotel along with performing Guest Service duties.

• Wedding Sales Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

  The Wedding Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue through the planning and execution of social events and weddings at our hotel. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional sales skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events while exceeding client expectations.
