• Server - Rise Lounge (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: Westin Anaheim’s Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for serving our Westin Club guests during our complimentary breakfast & evening cocktail service. Our club Lounge attendant will be a dynamic individual who is able to communicate well, the ability to serve and maintain cleanliness at the Westin Club. • Assistant Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Front office areas include Front Desk, Service Express, Guest Services and Front Services. Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.

• Rooftop Bar (RISE) (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Roof Top Bartender represents the heart of one the resort’s main attraction, and by this the rooftop bartender will have a magnetic and charismatic personality that encases the ultimate bar experience by preparing beverages with a mixologist approach for guests and serving them at the bar and/or through the wait staff. The roof top bartender maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Host / Hostess (AM) - Tangerine (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: As a Westin Anaheim Resort’s Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for exceeding guests expectations by being the face of the outlet and creating the first impressions by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Ensures that the guests are seated and attend to any questions that they may have. A Host will be an operator and possess skillful organizational skills to maintain the dining area well controlled, answer phones, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner as well as direct calls when applicable.

• Valet Attendant (Guest Services)

  Responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and escorting guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and orientate the guests on room features (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services, and other features of the room). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Responsible for the safeguarding of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors and employees. Conduct investigations and assist with guest and employee incidents while providing outstanding customer service.

• Pastry Cook 2 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW:  The Pastry cook is responsible for all dessert preparation in the pastry kitchen which may include, desserts, baked goods, cakes, cookies, ice cream, chocolates etc. The Pastry Cook is responsible for desserts needed for banquets, special events and all restaurants

• Service Express Agent (Guest Services)

  Responsible for telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Valet), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

• Cook 2 - Banquets Garde Manger (Catering/Banquet)

  OVERVIEW: The Cook 2 is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the banquet kitchen. Must prepare and execute all menu items for their station if in an outlet according to the recipe cards to ensure that quality standards are being met.

• Bar 1030 Bartender (AM) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Lobby Bartender represents the heart of the resort’s front of the house team and main first attraction, and by this; the lobby bartender will have a magnetic and charismatic personality that encases the ultimate bar experience by preparing beverages with an organic mixologist approach for guests and serving them at the bar and/or through the wait staff. The lobby bartender maintains a clean and organized work environment.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
