  An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations in Mezzerie to ensure high standards of quality and service and responsible for recommending food and beverages and having a thorough and current knowledge of the pool restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with achieving departmental targets. The candidate should have experience in working in a pool and beach environment.

• Chef de Partie (Banqueting) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Chef de Partie (Banqueting) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in their assigned section of the kitchen during banquets and large events. They work under the supervision of Sous Chef and ensure that food is of high quality and produced in a timely manner. 

• Mixologist (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Mixologist s is responsible for creating unique bespoke Cocktails a la minute for our Guest as well as a top knowledge about Beverage trends and the Dubai Market.

This role ensures that all procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the hotel’s luxury standards. You will work closely with suppliers and various hotel departments to guarantee that all materials meet our quality and brand expectations.

  The Assistant Reservations Manager for Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the Reservation department through prompt, effective and proper reservation service to achieve maximum room revenue, in order to meet or exceed the revenue target. Monitors upselling techniques.

• Revenue Manager (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenue potential by implementing effective pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and analyzing market trends. This role is vital to optimizing the hotel's financial performance while ensuring a balance between room availability and guest demand.

  A Front Desk Agent with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
