The Director of Front Office isresponsible for the oversight of day-to-day processes of the hotel's Front Office Divisions consisting of the Front Office, Guest Services (Bellman & Hospitality Lounge), Valet Parking, Concierge and Guest Relations.
Maintain efficient guest satisfaction oriented operations at the Front Desk in accordance with Trump International Standards. Train new personnel and supervise Overnight shift activity. Support revenue enhancement efforts through proper house set up and motivating achievement in the upsell program. Ensure daily observation of service standards through Personal Service programs.
Assists in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments (e.g., Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services & Housekeeping) and managing staff.
