• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

Displays exemplary performance for staff to follow.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

• Sales Coordinator | $200 SIGN ON BONUS (Guest Services)

  Our Sales Coordinators are important to the hotel’s success because they are a direct link between the front desk and our sales team. As the sales coordinator you are assisting our incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, as well as assisting the sales team with contracts, room blocks and communication with the rest of the hotel team to assure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised! And because Concord believes in promotion from within, many of our sales coordinators today become tomorrow’s sales managers and future Director of Sales!

• Catering & Sales Manager | $500 SIGN ON BONUS (Guest Services)

  The primary responsibility for this role is to sell and detail social and corporate catering events with and without guest rooms for the hotel. Role will average 50% corporate group bookings and 50% social events.

• Houseman (Housekeeping)

  We are hiring a Houseperson to assist in our Housekeeping Department!

• Director of Operations (Operations)

  This dynamic Director of Operations will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. Assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
