Provide administrative support for the CEO and COO of an industry-leading and highly respected hotel management, investment and development firm operating over 100 hotels in 20 states. The ideal candidate will possess solid administrative skills and understand the value of confidentiality while demonstrating and fostering a respectful work culture that is service and community oriented both internally and externally. Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Supervise set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
