• Pool Barback (Food & Beverage)

  The pool bar at The Scott Resort is the hottest new pool bar on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana-inspired property!

  The Pool Barback is responsible for the initial preparation of the bars operating in the restaurant. We are looking for Full-time and Part-time, AM and PM shifts. Must have weekend availability.

• Front Desk Night Audit (Guest Services)

  Seeking Part Time Front Desk Night Auditor! If you pride yourself in attention to detail and love taking care of people in a heartfelt manner, then this influential role is for you!

  The Front Desk Night Audit is responsible for providing welcoming, friendly, efficient, resourceful and hospitable service at the front desk, including check in and check out and guest resolution. THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE and great way to earn some extra $$ during the evening hours!

• Busser / Server Assistant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Canal Club is one of the hottest lobby bars and restaurants on the Scottsdale resort scene. Be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Busser / Server Assistant is responsible for assisting in the service/delivery of food and/or beverages; performed in a fun, friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction. Weekend PM availability is a must!

• Event Manager (Meetings/Events)

  Join the ONE TEAM of Marc & Rose Hospitality - taking care of our groups, conferences, & meeting planners and working closely with operations for both The Scott Resort & Spa AND The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa!

  The Event Manager is responsible for the enthusiastic, heartfelt, efficient, and professional coordination of any assigned convention, conference or meeting group.  This position is on the payroll of The Scott Resort & Spa however, it is based at our fantastic sister property, the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, as part of our ONE TEAM!  This role works with events for The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa AND The Scott as part of the ONE TEAM for Marc & Rose Hospitality.

• Bell / Valet Attendant (Guest Services)

  The bell/valet attendant is responsible for representing the resort at the main entrance. They should enthusiastically greet arriving and departing guests according to resort standards. They escort guests to their suites, providing guests with a full orientation of the resort and the suite itself.

  *This position is a safety-sensitive position. Under the law, safety-sensitive positions are defined as positions where the employee operates, repairs, maintains or monitors the performance or operation of a motor vehicle, equipment, machinery, or power tools. Safety-sensitive positions may also include jobs where the tasks or duties required of the employee could affect the safety or health of the employee performing the task or others.

• Security Officer (Security)

  The Security Officer must perform guest relations, protective, and enforcement functions in a heartfelt and restrained manner to maintain a safe and secure environment at the property. These functions include responding to emergencies, undesired guests or conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Join The Canal Club, the most exciting and "instagrammable" restaurant in Scottsdale, and work with Executive Chef Alex Pasco and Chef de Cuisine Jasmine Henry as we delight our guests with Havana inspired cuisine in a vibrant and lush atmosphere!

  The Sous Chef at The Canal Club will support day to day operations which includes but not limited to supervising and working with all kitchen staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to restaurant and resort recipes, in order to create high quality and exceptional food products.

• Barista / Bartender - Lobby Bar (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Great part-time position for experienced (or really wants to learn!) barista; will also handle other bar/beverage requests for the lobby bar and restaurant in one of the most beautiful resort Lobby Bars in the Valley!

  The Barista/Bartender is responsible for creating coffee specialty drinks and other bar/beverages, as well as selling food items in the lobby bar, to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Lobby Bar Barback (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the hottest lobby bar and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Lobby Bar Barback at The Canal Club is responsible for the initial preparation of the Lobby bar ensuring smooth operating during assigned shifts. 

• Hostperson (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the coolest lobby bar and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene. Be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana inspired property!

  The Hostperson at The Canal Club is responsible for meeting, greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive, offering their choice of seating, escorting them to their table, and presenting menus; HIGHLY prefer availability for AM and PM shifts - weekends are also preferred!

• Cocktail Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the hottest new lobby bar and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana themed property!

  The Cocktail Server at The Canal Club lobby bar is responsible for serving beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. 

• Pool Server (Food & Beverage)

• Director of Outlets (Food & Beverage)

  Lead the exceptional F&B team at a unique and historic property in the heart of Scottsdale: Director of Outlets at The Scott Resort & Spa.

  The Director of Outlets at The Scott Resort & Spa is responsible for the overall success of all resort Food & Beverage outlets and operations. This includes The Canal Club restaurant, lobby bar, pool and in-room dining.  This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, overall customer service, purchasing, quality assurance, driving programming and revenue and maintaining cost ratios and profitability of these outlets.
