• Cook / Pizza Cook - Canal Street Eatery & Market (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Working with guidance from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Market Manager, the Cooks execute food preparation and presentations.  The primary role of a Cook is to practice all safe food-handling methods, accurately and consistently prepare food, adapt to guest requests for modifications, and work quickly and efficiently to meet service time expectations!!!

• Support Staff / Food Runner - Canal St. Eatery & Market (Catering/Banquet)

• Host - Up Room (Food & Beverage)

  Spearhead Hospitality is a Chicago based boutique hospitality management company with a portfolio that includes the Robey Hotel, Canal Street Eatery & Market and the Chicago Getaway Hostel with a potential of additional properties under management.

  Hosts are responsible for the initial warm greeting and seating of guests, answering of telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times, and saying goodbye to all guests. Oversees dining room and acts as a brand ambassador to guests.

• Engineer / Hotel Maintenance (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Spearhead Hospitality is a Chicago based hospitality management company with a portfolio that includes the Robey Hotel, Valedor, Canal Street Eatery & Market and the Chicago Getaway Hostel with a potential of additional properties under management.

  The Engineer is responsible for the effective upkeep of all engineering and maintenance operations. This person performs routine property and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, and assist in ensuring the safety of guests and associates in compliance with all corporate and brand standards and all federal, state and local laws.

• Host - Canal Street Eatery & Market (Food & Beverage)

• Bartender / Server - Café Robey (Wicker Park) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Café Robey is a neighborhood restaurant located at the bustling corners of North, Damen and Milwaukee Avenues in the Wicker Park Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago. We serve brunch and cocktails daily. Cuisine: Contemporary Midwest with seasonal inspiration!!!

  We are looking for those who deliver attentive service and strong leadership skills. You'll need an ability to create a motivating work environment, have a strong passion for excellence, and quality guest service. This position is in charge of maintaining our reservations platform, answering phone reservations, and the flow of seating for all parties within our space.  Most importantly you will be the first point of contact for all of our guests! 

• Dishwasher - The Robey (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher position will work closely with the hotel’s food & beverage team.
