PGA National Resort, a Palm Beach destination, is currently searching for an experienced, creative and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join our team of dedicated, hospitality-oriented professionals who have a lot of fun while providing exceptional customer service.
The Outlet Supervisor with PGA National Resort is responsible for assisting in directing and organizing the activities and services of The Butcher's Club and Lobby Bar.
Summary: Responsible for setting up, delivering, and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement of company standards.

Reports to Banquet Manager and receives general direction from Catering / Conference Services Department. Responsible for the proper table service along with the proper table arrangements to execute an event from the beginning to the end. Assist Banquet Manager in all functions as designated.

Summary: The Banquet Set-up Supervisor is responsible for using proper techniques of keeping the team energized and productive throughout the shift. The banquet Set-up Supervisor should also oversee the banquet event and ensure that all service standards and departmental policies are followed by banquet staff. Pay attention to the function space cleanliness from a maintenance standpoint.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 600 hours from a Florida Board of Massage approved school. Current Certification / License: Current Florida massage therapy license, CPR and First Aid. Special certifications a plus (shiatsu, reflexology, cranial sacral, aromatherapy, neuromuscular).
Summary: Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance standards are achieved and maintained.
Summary: Prepares and paints surfaces of buildings, furniture, and any other surface. Uses appropriate techniques and judgement consistent with Director’s expectations.

This position with not only manage group accounts to achieve all stakeholder’s revenue goals but will prospect on a consistent basis to new client engagement and new business development to ensure all revenue goals are achieved.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Florida State Cosmetology License and one year experience.
The Server- Honeybelle for PGA National Resort responsibilities:
Summary: To interact with and greet all clients while providing a personal, instinctive and renewing welcome experience. This position will provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our clients by assisting them with a locker, stocked with a robe and slippers and by replenishing the refreshment center and maintaining a clean locker room area.
Summary: Reports to Banquet Manager and receives general direction from Banquet Beverage Manager, Assistant Banquet Managers and Director of Catering & Conference Services. Responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet bars while displaying courteous, professional service to our guests and fellow employees.
Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift. Ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker.
