Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services including food quality, customer satisfaction, associate schedules and their performance in accordance with established restaurant and guest service standards.
Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.
Contribute to property maintenance and guest safety by conducting regular walks around the hotel. This position supports operations departments by addressing guest requests and handling other related tasks.
Respond to telephone, email, internet inquiries, and employ sales techniques in order to secure and process reservations for guest accommodations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
