  This position is responsible for protecting all Osage Casino assets and maintaining the integrity of gaming in the Osage Casinos utilizing all Surveillance equipment and floor observations. This employee sole responsibility is to observe and report.  The Employee must perform all duties in accordance with the internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

• Food and Beverage Manager - Skiatook (Food & Beverage)

  Under general supervision of the General Manager, responsible for the overall direction of all food, beverage and bar/lounge operations, quality, guest satisfaction, and inventory of stock.

• Guest Service Representative - Skiatook (Guest Services)

  This position is responsible for providing casino visitors with maximum guest satisfaction.

• C-Store Cashier (Sales & Marketing)

  Under direct supervision of the C-Store Supervisor. Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers. Sells and services customers by utilizing knowledge of company products.

• Line Cook - Skiatook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, maintains an efficient food operation by preparing, prepping hot and cold food items in accordance with production requirements, recipes and established safety policies and procedures.

• Restaurant Server - Skiatook (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for taking orders and serving food, alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for proper settlement of all transactions at point of sale. Responsible for providing friendly and professional service to every guest encountered.
