• Pit Manager (Table Games)

  Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise offers many opportunities for advancement within our four casinos in NM and AZ. Our properties showcase 2,800 of the latest slot machines, table games, poker and Bingo, a four-diamond hotel, many casual & fine dining venues and convention space.

  Under general supervision of the Director of Table Games Operations, oversees the table games dealers in the Pit and Poker areas. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner. Ensures that all table games operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Sports Book Supervisor (Gaming/Casino)

  Under general direction of the Director of Table Games Operations, accomplishes the objectives of the Sports Betting/Table Games department by supervising and overseeing sports betting operations.  Ensures sports betting operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and operations are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.  Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. 

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager or Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Manager, maintains an efficient and profitable restaurant operation by providing prompt and courteous food service to restaurant customers according to established policies and procedures.

• Table Games Dealer / Supervisor (Dual) (Table Games)

  (TABLE GAMES DEALER) Under general direction from the Table Games Supervisor, Pit Manager, and/or Director of Table Games Operations, promotes a positive customer experience by dealing Table Games to customers on assigned shift in a prompt, courteous and professional manner for blackjack. (TABLE GAMES SUPERVISOR) Under general supervision of the Pit Manager and/or Director of Table Games Operations, oversees the Table Games Dealers in blackjack, poker and roulette. Ensures the Table Games department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and functions are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Table Games Supervisor (Table Games)

• Training Specialist (Human Resources)

• Drop/Count Team Member (Finance/Accounting)

  Position Summary Under general direction from the Drop/Count Team Supervisor and/or Controller, safeguards the assets of the casino by removing, exchanging, collecting and accurately counting cash boxes from slot machines, table games and kiosks in accordance with established policies, procedures and gaming regulations.
