  The Lead Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

  The Lobby Bar Barback at The Canal Club is responsible for the initial preparation of the Lobby bar ensuring smooth operating during assigned shifts.

Execution of these initiatives with the assistance of the Executive Vice President, VP of Marketing & Brand Management, Director of Brand Management, Director of Marketing & Programming, the Marketing and Revenue Management Teams, Directors of Sales & Marketing and/or individual Department Heads and property General Managers.

• Busperson - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Lobby Grill’s casual atmosphere and contemporary comfort cuisine makes it one of Phoenix’s favorite places to kick-back and relax!

  The Busperson is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.

The position, with the guidance and mentorship of the Director of Housekeeping, supervises all Housekeeping line staff and coordinates with all resort departments to meet The Scott Resort & Spa safety, cleanliness and quality standards. An ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated with a sense of urgency, compassionate and proactive, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has previous experience using property maintenance systems such as HotSOS and HotSOS Housekeeping.
