The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal IT Assistant to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?

  • Assist our IT Manager with resolving all technical issues with our POS systems around the ballpark
  • Install and troubleshoot desktop computers for full-time staff
  • Restart and troubleshoot credit card processing machines as needed 
  • Document all IT related issues and communicate all issues to the IT Manager

More about you

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Previous IT experience preferred  
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Must be able to work most events and Rangers games

Physical requirements

  • Ability to walk for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs
