Position: Full-time, Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Job Overview Pierre's, a renowned fine dining establishment at Morada Bay, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing high-end dining operations, particularly with expertise in wine and sophisticated service. Pierre's is operated by Cheeca Lodge and Spa - all Morada Bay employees are considered Cheeca employees and part of the Northwood family of resorts. 

NOTE - YOU MUST HAVE RECENT FINE OR UPSCALE DINING EXPERIENCE IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Pierre's, ensuring an exceptional fine dining experience for every guest.
• Manage and train a team of staff to deliver impeccable service, with a strong emphasis on wine knowledge and fine dining etiquette.
• Develop and maintain a wine program that complements our sophisticated menu.
• Uphold the elegant and romantic atmosphere of Pierre's, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to luxury dining.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are of the highest quality and presentation.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost management, to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring all experiences meet high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing a fine dining restaurant, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• In-depth knowledge of world-class wines and a proven ability to manage a comprehensive wine program.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of fine dining service.
