Location: We are seeking an experienced Clubs Manager (Hospitality Manager - Premium) for T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.
Since the Inaugural Game on July 15, 1999, T-Mobile Park has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as a terrific setting for baseball and a great place for baseball fans. Sweeping views of Seattle's downtown skyline, breathtaking sunsets over Puget Sound, combined with excellent views of game action from all angles give fans at T-Mobile Park an experience unequalled in Major League Baseball.
Principal Function:
The Hospitality Manager - Premium will oversee all food and beverage operations within the premium clubs at T-Mobile Park, ensuring a high-end experience for guests. Reporting to the Director of Premium, they will lead club operations, delivering elevated hospitality that exceeds fan expectations while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses effectively.
During season (and off-season when events take place), the Hospitality Manager - Premium will plan and prepare in advance according to anticipated attendance, will provide hands-on management and oversight during events, and will organize and support post-event closing and clean-up.
The Hospitality Manager - Premium will ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and will direct Club staff in the areas service, sales, cash handling and operational duties and will work closely with other departments such as Catering, Culinary and Administration to ensure that Club operations run smoothly.
