Title: Director of Food and Beverage
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary:
Management of all Food and Beverage facilities – La Plazuela Dining Room, La Fiesta Lounge, Bell Tower Bar, the Kitchen, Banquet Department and storerooms.
The Food and Beverage Director supervises all staff and maintains budgetary responsibility for all areas. He/she is the direct supervisor for the Assistant Director of F&B, Executive Chef, La Plazuela Manager, La Fiesta Manager, Bell Tower Manager, Banquet Manager and Liquor Storeroom manager.
Must be familiar with daily operations, managing staff and labor, floor operations, budgetary planning, software operations and the computer system.
The Food and Beverage Director should be a self-starter with high energy, strong work ethic and interest in mentoring and guiding managers to achieve success. Should have strong leadership skills and be willing to pitch in and help in all areas as necessary.
This position is a key member of the hotel’s executive management team.
