Delaware North Sportservice is seasonal hiring Beer Hawkers to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri.

As a Beer Hawker, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, delivering the ultimate fan experience by selling ice-cold beverages directly to cheering fans. This is a fast-paced role where your effort directly translates to your income through a combination of commissions and generous tips the more you hustle and connect with fans, the more you earn!

We are seeking individuals with a strong sales drive and a natural inclination for selling and achieving targets. Top performers demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, coupled with a competitive spirit and a desire to outperform others while earning top commissions.

What will you do?

  • Sell beverages throughout Busch Stadium in the stands
  • Actively engage with fans and promote beverage sales.
  • Circulate among guests within the assigned section; call out and sell alcohol, beverage or food products
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification and adhere to company alcohol policies and procedures
  • Collect payment from guests while following credit handling policies
  • Conduct inventory reports at the end of each shift

More about you

  • High energy, stamina, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably carry 50-75 lbs up and down stairs and navigate crowded areas for extended periods.
  • A strong sales drive and a hunger to maximize your earnings!
  • Basic math skills to accurately account for vendor sales
  • Capacity to understand and follow directions as well as work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to work full length of games
  • Must be able to work in an area of fluctuating temperatures
  • Must be able to carry at least 50 pounds up and down stairs
