We are hiring a Room Inspector/ Housekeeping Supervisor!
***** Please note this is for Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Supervisor and during the week Regular Housekeeping Staff to include room attendant, laundry, houseperson. *****
As the Housekeeping Supervisor you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry and houseperson team members.
Ideal candidates:
Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor (5 years minimum) with great care and attention to detail to ensure quality.
Good communications skills (preferably bilingual but not required), outgoing, friendly and able to speak professionally with our guests, your manager and your colleagues.

You are able to lead by example.
You are able to grow your team but showing them the proper standards of BOTH Concord and Hilton.
Abide by both Concord and Hilton Standards on room cleanliness and times: 37 Minute for Check out - 20 Minutes for Stay over - 1 Hour for Deep Cleans
Able to assist in scheduling of the team.
Work well with and in conjunction with current Housekeeping Leader.
