Trial Ownership / Exit Package Sales Representative (Access)

Our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Trial Ownership / Exit Package Sales Representative (Access) to join their Sales & Marketing team.

Pay: The wage for this position is $14/hour + compensation plan.

Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends, typical hours are 9am to 5pm (but can vary slightly)

As an Access Sales Representative, a typical day will include: 

• Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service. 

• Offer specially priced trial membership packages. 

• Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers. 

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become an Access Sales Representative: 

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.  

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
