A Breakfast Buffet Attendant is responsible for maintaining the buffet station for all designated meal periods. Cleans equipment, restocks food items and cleans area on an as needed basis. Ensures quality of food throughout service.

  • Replenish needed food and supplies by retrieving items from the kitchen and storerooms to ensure adequate food amounts are always maintained.
  • Set up buffet food bar as instructed by manager through verbal and/or written communication.
  • Recommend and describe buffet items to guests using a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Visually check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up, cleanliness and aesthetically appealing presentation of food bar.
  • Lift and place trays of food into the buffet bar efficiently and quietly and according to safety standards.

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Weekends and holidays included 5a-12p availability required.

Hourly Wage: $19.98-$22.21
