Compensation: 21.00, Full-Time

The Ontario Airport Hotel, under new ownership, is embarking on an exciting renovation. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our restaurant, bar, and kitchen. You will ensure excellent customer service and maintain quality standards to create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
  • Assist in monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and providing personalized service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Availability: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands
