The Opportunity
At Grand Casinos, the primary purpose of the Sr. Casino Marketing Executive is to generate incremental gaming revenue by acquiring and increasing the visitation of new, low-frequent premium casino guests. The Sr. Casino Marketing Executive will build guest loyalty by using sales and marketing techniques that promote memorable guest experiences and positive brand awareness of Grand Casinos. This position will provide schedule flexibility, including remote workdays and the ability to earn quarterly performance bonuses based on meeting determined sales goals.

What You Get to Do
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing premium players
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to increase visitation frequency among assigned premium guests, with a particular focus on converting low-frequency players in outer markets and expanding national market presence.
- Dedicate substantial time to proactive outbound communication, promoting the property’s amenities, exclusive experiences, and Grand Rewards program to premium guests.
- Achieve and surpass established quarterly revenue objectives through data-driven decision marking.
- Comprehensively manage in-market VIP events, overseeing all aspects from initial conceptualization through execution, including budget management, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Create national VIP experiences through the development and maintenance of strategic casino alliances
- Proactively identify and pursue database growth opportunities.
- Leverage CMS technology to maintain detailed guest profiles, tracking preferences, interactions, and completed tasks to offer personalized communications.
- Coordinate comprehensive VIP trip experiences by managing all aspects of the experience while developing other Player Development associates in this area.
- Exercise judgment in resolving guest concerns
- Collaborate with different departments including Food and Beverage, Gaming, Hotel, and Marketing operations, to deliver exceptional guest experience and address service opportunities.
- Take an active leadership role in the professional development of new and existing Player Development Associates.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of all casino information including guest information and lists.
- Comply with all casino rules, regulations, laws, and policies and conduct themselves with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.

What Qualifies You
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Combine ten (10) + years of casino player development experience.
- Must be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority.
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
Must Have Skills
- You must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to a variety of situations, to collect data, analyze facts, and determine appropriate responses.
Physical Needs
- Talk and hear; ability to communicate effectively.
- See and adjust focus to include close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision.
- Stand, walk, sit, (up to 8 hours) balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.
- Be able to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to:
- A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).
