The Manager, Creative Account Management will support creative and content marketing objectives, leading project plans, overseeing campaigns, and collaboration.

Reporting to the Director of Content Operations and Account Management, you will showcase a dynamic blend of strategic account management, creative management, and project leadership.  You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive timelines, foster cross-functional relationships, and act as a key connector between partners and the broader organization.

You will champion the Hilton marketing process and drive marketing campaigns to launch successfully. You will lead projects, understand initiative goals, define solutions, address complex challenges, and ensure success through the strategic and end-to-end execution of creative marketing tactics.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Prioritize demands and use appropriate systems to track work.
  • Oversee creative strategies to amplify our brand platform and achieve business objectives delivered through a customer-centric approach.
  • Standardize the project/account management approach to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Create efficient workflow processes; manage detailed project plans within our project management tool.
  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance creative implementation.
  • Oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, and asset trackers.
  • Communicate project status and risks to leadership and project partners.
  • Seek opportunities for innovation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the brand, guidelines, and the competitive landscape.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Lead creative excellence through strong project/account management and positive partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Build cross-team relationships to understand strategic objectives
  • Drive marketing tactics from end to end.
  • Manage contractor creative account managers.
  • Work with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to define workflow.
  • Be the central liaison with key partners to communicate creative overviews, status, risks, opportunities, and timelines.
  • Develop and circulate contingency plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Hilton's brand identity and guidelines.
  • Manage creative execution from third-party vendors.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Account Management.
  • Three (3) years leading creative execution of integrated marketing campaigns within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Experience building detailed project plans and creative teams.
  • Experience articulating complex feedback from several partners in a concise direction.
  • Experience navigating creative projects within large corporate structures.
  • Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA (3 days per week)
  • Travel 15%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in an in-house creative studio, agency, or similar environment.
  • Experience across media (video, photo, interactive, print) and channels (TV, digital advertising, web, email, mobile, social media, on-property).
