Journeyman Plumber

Responsibilities:

• Service and installation of commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, sinks, urinals, toilets, piping systems, controls, water heaters, and irrigation.
• Select the type and size of pipe required for gas fitting/pipe threading
• Knowledge of drain and sewer systems
• Snaking sewer and drain lines.
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
• Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, Journeyman level.
• Service and Installation of plumbing systems in restaurant, and commercial, buildings.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a clear, confident manner
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a safe driving record and valid driver’s license
• Backflow certification a plus!
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus

License/Certification:

• St. Louis City or County Plumbing License (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• IL Plumbing License (Preferred)
