Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of Slot and Sportsbook operations including interviewing, hiring, and

    training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and

    disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Responsible for the Slot Department and Sportsbook financial performance and revenue.
  • Assist with the development of overall strategic planning and associated tactical implementation of

    procedures and tasks related to the efficient and profitable operations of slots and the sportsbook.

  • Responsible for the overall development, staffing and performance of both departments.
  • Responsible for the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of all slot machines.
  • Assists in the Management and the administration of property policies; develops and administers

    department policies in accordance with Indiana Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations

  • Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services.
  • Responsible for ensuring optimal operations and consistent high-quality standards in areas of

    responsibility during all business hours and ensures that department managers and supervisors are

    fully engaged, accountable, and operating in a manner consistent with department goals. Monitors

    results through inspection and analysis, making changes if necessary.

  • Builds great relationships through positive team member and guest interactions. Must be visible on the

    casino floor to guests, while also soliciting feedback and responding to guest concerns appropriately

    and professionally to resolve any issues.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all staff follows the company service standards at all times
  • Ensures positive customer relations and oversees the customer complaint resolution process.
  • May issue comps via Player Database
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies

    and procedures

  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and

    weekends.
