Description
1.协助宴会销售总监完成收入及控制成本预算，根据宴会厅数量，最大限度扩大客户群。
2.与客户协商，确保坚持酒店效益原则，确保满足客户需要。协助宴会销售总监准备宴会销售计划。
3.了解酒店运作程序及各部门工作职责。
4.准备宴会通知单，协调酒店承办的会议及大型活动。
5.向客人介绍酒店的服务与设施。
6.了解财务报告，财务分析报告，预算，制定部门价格体系。
7.协调部门内部工作事宜，同时协调宴会销售部与其他运营部门之间工作事宜。
8.预防和解决所有客户投诉事件。
9.在与客户的交往中表现出高效的作风，处理问题的同时保持职业水准和形象。
10.了解酒店产品及服务，以便于向客户解释。
11.对部门所有资料保密，确保按时完成所有的报告，确保及时提供所需服务。
12.完成上级交代的其他任务。
13.遵守酒店的员工守则。
14.遵守酒店的政策及程序，分析、评、提高个人表现。
Requirements
1.相关专业优先，销售背景。
2.有2年以上国际五星级品牌酒店岗位工作经验者尤佳。
3.流利的普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力及激励人才的技能。
4.性格开朗，具备一定抗压能力。
