Description

  • Oversees the Laundry Attendant’s sorting and treating of dirty linens.
  • Ensures operating equipment is loaded and unloaded properly.
  • Ensures ironing/steaming/pressing is done properly.
  • Ensures items are sorted in correct manner.
  • Ensures a clean work area, equipment included.
  • Reports all equipment malfunctions to Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Responsible for monthly inventory count.
  • Conducts safety audits of the hotel and ensures that all team members are following proper safety

    procedures. Addresses all unsafe conditions.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and

    weekends.
