Key responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair

Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.

Qualifications:
Educational Background

Degree: A bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred

Experience

Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in hotel or building services, or other relevant engineering/maintenance fields

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boiler maintenance
