• Keep Things Organized: Oversee the daily assignments and ensure that all Room Attendants have their tasks ready to go.
• Monitor Our VIPs: Keep an eye on our special guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is unforgettable.
• Motivate and Coach: Encourage your team to reach their full potential through constructive feedback and support.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is not just a supervisor but a true leader! Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• A Passion for Service: A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Refined verbal and written communication skills that help you connect with guests and team members.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hotel experience is preferred, with a bonus for housekeeping experience!
• Flexibility: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual Bonus: If you speak Spanish, that’s a plus!
