We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Market Director of Sales. We are seeking dynamic self-starters with a positive attitude to join our expanding team and company. We are looking for experienced professionals ready to promote our exceptional properties by leading the sales team at our three Huntsville properties:  Courtyard Huntsville, Fairfield Huntsville, and Residence Inn Huntsville.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team, overseeing performance at multiple properties in the market.
• Proactively follow up on leads by visiting prospective clients regularly.
• Submit timely and accurate sales reports to the company.
• Actively participate in all scheduled revenue calls held by the brand and the company.
• Continuously monitor and stay informed about competitor activities in the assigned market.
• Identify and react proactively to new business opportunities for the benefit of the property.
• Respond promptly to all sales leads directed to the property.
• Engage actively with all online platforms and booking engines.
• Maintain regular contact with LNR/CNR accounts and work to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to conduct and manage meetings effectively.
• Prior experience in hospitality sales is a plus.
• Previous management or supervisory experience with transferable skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
