Responsibilities:

As the Event Sales Executive, we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world and make Hilton Events the Market Leader. We strive to deliver exceptional Guest and Client experiences, every guest, every time by tailoring our approach to the individual and ensuring that we bring our Hilton Values to life in our interactions with our guests, clients and other team members. This covers the following aspects:

  • Guest Focus (guest interaction, proposal, relations, record keeping, and administration)
  • Event operational support and assistance
  • Commercial Focus and Revenue
  • Teamwork and communication with all stakeholders
  • Occupational Health and Safety duties and responsibilities

About You:

  • Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not required)
  • Preferably based in the Perth-Metro area (relocation assistance will not be provided)
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a Reservations and/or Conference and Events Sales function in the hotel/leisure sector
  • Excellent selling capability and ability
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
