Food and Drink Supervisor (Banqueting)
Job Description;
A full-time vacancy has arisen for a Food and Drink Supervisor to work mainly within the Banqueting section. As a F&D Supervisor, you will work closely with the respective outlet manager in supervising the operations, manging a multicultural team and delivering excellent Guest Experience.
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;
Lead the Food & Drink banqueting operationsCoordinate the team members and ensure that Guests’ requests are fully met and exceededCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of Hilton brand standards Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the team including Training and Development and performance ManagementAssist with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targetsThe role requires previous F&D experience in a supervisor level, preferably within the Banqueting section. Fluency in English is a requirement for this position.
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, who are committed in delivering high levels of customer service, and who are flexible to respond to a range of different work situations and last-minute changes. Good communication skills and the ability to work alone and in teams are also a necessity.
