Our Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities department. They are responsible for supporting our Director of Facilities and Service technicians in all administrative functions. Duties include:

  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including maintaining correspondence with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Organization – Ability to manage multiple tasks, keeping the office running smoothly and avoiding stress.
  • Professionalism – Neat in appearance as well as representing organizational values in a mature professional manner.
  • Time Management – Able to work in a busy environment, and have a self-managing schedule to complete tasks on time.
  • Independence – Take ownership of tasks needing to be completed, adapting to change and demands as they arise.
  • Attention to Detail—The candidate needs to be detail-oriented and has experience in data entry, office equipment, problem-solving, collaborating, and Microsoft Office.
  • Office Experience – Clerical, secretarial, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with sensitive data.
  • Scheduling – Experience with scheduling appointments, managing staff, and following through on assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
