Join the Corporate Human Resources team at a leading global hospitality company! 

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent & Leadership Development – India, to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most valuable asset: its Team Members.

What will I be doing? 

As the Senior Manager, Talent & Leadership Development – India, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead global and regional leadership development programs for India region. 
  • Drive effective talent management processes, including talent review and succession planning for hotel leadership positions.
  • Collaborate with India’s leadership team at both the corporate and hotel levels to address learning and talent needs.
  • Work closely with the APAC Talent & Leadership Development team to seamlessly execute enterprise programs.
  • Partner with India Ops Leaders, Regional Specialists, Regional HR Leader, and GMs to prioritize learning, leadership development, and talent management in India.
  • Engage with our Global L&D team for global project planning and discussions.
  • Develop and implement innovative leadership development solutions that are aligned with business and talent requirements.
  • Foster consultative relationships with Operations and HR partners at corporate and hotel levels. 
  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel's Talent Management process, including talent review and succession planning.
  • Identify focus areas for analysis, innovation, and integrated L&D solutions that support organizational goals.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

A Senior Manager, Talent & Leadership Development – India serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 8 years of experience in Leadership Development and/or Talent Management
  • Experience leading key initiatives in L&D within the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with principles of adult development, leadership, and strategy
  • Exposure to international business in emerging markets
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • 8 years of work experience in training, facilitation, or talent management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for business meetings, conferences, and learning events
