Casa Marina is located in the southernmost point in the U.S., Key West and embodies the elegance and character of Old Key West offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of this award-winning team. Nestled along the southern edge of the island overlooking more than 1,100 feet of private beach, this historic hotel has 311 rooms, 4 food and beverage outlets, and over 11,000 square feet of banquet space.
In this role, you will assist in overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets, manage a team of 50 employees and report directly to the General Manager of Restaurants.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Strong beverage knowledge and prior luxury hotel experience are a plus.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant General Manager of Restaurants, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager of Restaurants with directing and administering the activities and services of a designated restaurant(s) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
