Description

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for a Group Reservation Coordinator to join their opening team!

Opening in January 2024, this property will have 976 rooms with 100,000 square feet of indoor meeting space with state-of-the-art technology, open air event lawn.

Just six blocks from the heart of downtown, Centennial Olympic Park, The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center mall and the MARTA Station, linking to Atlanta Airport.

Shift Pattern: Weekdays, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM- Flexibility and Availability (weekends) for events as needed.

Pay Rate: $19.00-21.00 per hour (Final offer based on Experience)

What will I be doing?

As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you will processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
