We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Overnight Manager to join our dynamic team.

We're in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, with the Rocket Mortgage Field House, Playhouse Square, and East 4th Street within a mile. Our hotel is connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. We have an indoor pool, fitness center, and a top-floor bar with views of Lake Erie. Our hotel consists of 600 guest rooms and 18 meeting rooms with over 40,000 sq ft of meeting space. We also have an onsite bar, restaurant, fitness center, and indoor pool!

An Overnight Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing key guest contact departments and team members in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

An Overnight Manager on Duty, you would be responsible for directing the activities of key guest contact departments and providing instruction to team members. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Oversee rooms' related systems that directly impact the guest, to ensure proper procedures are in place and followed which allows for an outstanding guest experience
• Assist in the direction and administration of all Front Office and Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, guest satisfaction and service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, systems use and management, ensuring cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
