The beautiful Hilton Americas-Houston is currently searching for an Assistant Director of Property Operations to join our maintenance team!
Hilton Americas-Houston is a Hilton "Award of Excellence" winner for 9 years running! Our AAA Four-diamond hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Houston and connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via two indoor skywalks.
Our Green Seal-certified (first in TX!) property boasts 1207 rooms with more than 90k Sq Ft of meeting space. We take pride in maintaining our infrastructure - both front and heart of house - and have a robust capital plan for the future.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has extensive experience in hotel engineering and maintenance, with at least 5-7 years in a supervisory or managerial role, experience with Hilton or a similar upscale hotel brand is preferred, along with a solid understanding of hotel operations.
In this role, you will manage a team 30 reporting directly to the Director of Property Operations.

What will I be doing?
As Assistant Director of Property Operations, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
