Beer - Vendor

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Beer Vendors to join our team at Hammons Field in Springfield, Missouri. As a Beer Vendor, you will provide our guests the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments on event and game days.

Pay

Responsibilities 

• Sell bottled beer to guests by walking around the ballpark and into the seating bowl 
• Serve beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Work with Vending Room staff to ensure beer is stocked
• Produce sales and inventory reports
• Ensure all remaining product is brought back to the Vending Room at the end of the shift 

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior experience working with beer or alcohol is preferred but not required
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing preferred
• Must be ok approaching guests and providing excellent customer service 
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
