Job Duties And Responsibilites
include the following.- Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character. Displaying an outgoing personality using confidence and style.
- Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
- Provides professional greeting when interacting with guests and housekeeping personnel.
- Responsible for reporting any Maintenance issues called into Dispatch to Facilities.
- Ensures that Room Attendant caddies are properly stocked.
- Organizes room assignments for the Guest Room Attendants as well as the Floor Assignments for the Inspectress and Hotel House Representatives.
- Accurately uses the proper telephone/radio techniques and etiquette.
- Provides guest with information including hotel, casino and restaurants, including hours of operations, special events and promotions.
- Responsible for accurately communicating to Dispatch Personnel and Inspectors the status of guest rooms
- Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and other members of the Company.
- Be completely knowledgeable about all Bally's programs, promotions, activities and
- functions.
- Answer patrons’ complaints and resolves problems.
- Must carry out safety and emergency procedures including, but not limited to; fire, crowd
- control, inclement weather and bomb threats.
- Must communicate with guests and be able to direct/escort them to various facilities and
- functions within the property
- Must interact with guests, Room Attendants and Inspectors in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.
- Supports and maintains Bally's courtesy guidelines to guests and employees.
- Promote outstanding guest relations.
- Perform tasks outlined on daily, weekly and monthly project checklists.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year’s previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Qualifications
